Our Vision

The concept behind the Electoral Partnership of Canada is to bring Members of Parliament closer to their constituents in order to accurately represent their decisions on issues on a national level.  This requires a partnership between the Member of Parliament and the people of the communities they represent.

Members of Parliament in the Electoral Partnership of Canada would set these points as priorities during their term in office:

  1. Provide constituents with accurate, timely and easily-accessible information on matters before Parliament.
  2. Give the voting options the Member of Parliament has in regards to each bill and issue.
  3. Enable the people of the constituency to submit how they want their representative MP to vote.
  4. Vote the way that was democratically decided on by the constituents.
  5. Inform constituents on how the MP voted along with consensus numbers of responding constituents.

The Electoral Partnership and its Members of Parliament would ask the following from their constituents to solidify the MP-Constituent partnership:

  1. Set aside some time to go over the issues in Parliament.
  2. Let your MP know how you want them to vote.

An Electoral Partnership MP takes his directives directly from the people in their constituency who are willing to participate.  You and your community are given the ability to truly be part of the democratic process when you elect an Electoral Partnership candidate.

The hostile state of affairs within the governing system in Canada does not represent how Canadians wish to be viewed or represented.  Elected officials are, in theory, to be an accurate representation of people of a region.  Situations have been steadily building, changing the political system of our friendly and peaceful country into a war zone.  As Canadians, we have been known throughout the world for our sense of fairness and respect.  These ideals should carry through and be exemplified in our Members of Parliament.
